Best experience I ever had at a pharmacy Thank you Naomi for your above and beyond with extra care in customer services. The staff at wholehealth pharmacy are extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. Very pleasant experience especially when I was not feeling well. The staff here made me feel at ease with my prescription consult and happily answer my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this place and I will continue supporting this small local business. What a gem to have in Ladysmith.

I have Shingles and suffered through it before I went to see Shabnam at Ladysmith Whole Health Pharmacy. She was so very sad that I did not know that Pharmacists can assess and prescribe for minor ailments. I need not to have needed to suffer as much. I am posting this so that citizens can know we can get an assessment from Shabnam. As she said, do not let weeks pass before you have her look at the rash or any tingling that may appear. You can go at any time, without an appointment, and Shabnam will assess your symptoms and help with a path to health. Please do not delay like me – go to see Shabnam. The Pharmacist and her team went above and beyond to get me my medication when I was almost out and had another pharmacy screw up my prescription, on a statutory holiday weekend no less!! I highly recommend Wholehealth and look forward to visiting again.

I love the prices and how friendly the staff are. I also enjoy the fast friendly service and the free cookie as well. Not smelling fragrances of other retail products is a huge draw for me as I'm sensitive to scents. Never big line ups like the other pharmacies.
